Design and Build History
Design & Build Construction is an independent long-established business that was formed by a sister and brother partnership, in January 2012 Design & Build was incorporated.
Design & Build opened our first office in Wigan, Lancashire in 2012, then in 2014 we moved to larger offices in Bolton. Since then the company has excelled in the industry expanding into a newly refurbished office development, stretched across three floors at Vantage House, Crown Street.
In 2017 we diversified into the southern market, opening our first office in the region, situated in Watford. This location has enabled us to cover the majority of the UK with our strategic placement of work stations allowing access to the market.
The business has developed considerably in recent years. It remains independent and family owned, but run by a team of highly qualified professional Directors and Managers. The company operates from its premises in two of their locations in the north and south, and has invested in up to date systems and processes to ensure that traditional skills are complimented by the modern back office.
Today Design and Build Construction continues to be at the cutting edge of building contracting.
The Business Plan, which the staff and Directors are working to, utilises the very strong financial position of the company and the late security of the independence of family shareholding as keystones to continued growth, through strong customer relationships and excelling in project delivery.
